Scrum Master

We are looking for a skilled Senior Scrum Master with Project Management experience to join our dynamic team and help us achieve our ambitious goals.

Responsibilities:

Serve as a Senior Scrum Master for multiple scrum teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.

Facilitate all scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Mentor and coach team members on Agile methodologies, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress, fostering an environment of transparency and accountability.

Collaborate with product owners to ensure that the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with business objectives.

Utilize project management skills to oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation, ensuring successful project delivery.

Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, and risk management.

Communicate project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders, providing clear and actionable insights.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of project components.

Implement and refine metrics to measure team performance, quality, and progress towards goals.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging Agile best practices and industry standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification; additional certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP) are a plus.

Extensive experience as a Scrum Master, with a proven track record of successfully leading Agile teams.

Strong project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management frameworks.

Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.

Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello).

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
