We are looking for Scrum Master to ensure the team lives agile values and principles and follows the processes and practices that the team agreed they would use. The scrum master role was created as part of the Scrum framework. The name was initially intended to indicate someone who is an expert at Scrum and can therefore coach others.

- Monitor project milestones
Positive, approachable personality with a drive to empower the team- Host daily stand-up meetings to meet the project deadline
Assist the product owner with the product backlog
- Implement Scrum practices and principles
Work closely with the scrum team to deliver business and technical requirements to ensure overall implementation solution meets desired need
- Preferred Qualifications I Experience:
1+ years of hands-on experience- Experience in Waterfall and Agile methodology
Knowledge of Agile Software like ClickUp
- Knowledge MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
Ability to extract business need and transform to a technical solution- Strong written and verbal; communication skills; must be able to work effectively with a wide variety of individuals, management, engineering, project management, and technical staff
Ability to work through complex problems to reach a workable solution
- Knowledgeable in ClickUp project
BS Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication) or equivalent
