Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Scrum Master | ASAP | BGC, Taguig City at Collabera Digital. The Scrum Master will be responsible for sprint planning, facilitating communication, analyzing metrics, refining user stories, and supporting software development teams. The role is primarily located in Taguig City, but allows for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Agile Scrum principles and practices
• Experienced in Sprint Planning and User Stories skills
• Experienced in Digital and software projects
• Knowledge in the Banking, Financial or Insurance industries
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification is a plus
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Available for immediate deployment
