As an FBS Acquisition Projects Specialist, you will support and enhance our seller acquisition initiatives through data analysis, process improvements, and acquisition tracking. This role focuses on the back-end elements of the acquisition process, working to prioritize sellers, monitor CRM, optimize onboarding flows, and ensure effective tracking of acquisition metrics.
Job Description
- Conduct detailed analysis to enhance seller acquisition and conversion rates, focusing on seller prioritization, onboarding processes, and sales volume planning.
- Conduct in-depth seller analysis to support the Acquisition Specialist in tailoring pitches and approaches, enhancing the likelihood of successful acquisitions.
- Monitor CRM to track seller engagement and provide insights for targeted acquisition improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine onboarding and improve resources within the Seller Education Center, making support more accessible and effective.
- Present findings and recommendations to streamline acquisition efforts and improve seller experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, client acquisition, or business development within e-commerce of similar fields.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or other BI tools).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
