We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and sales-savvy Scheduler to join our dynamic team. As a Scheduler with Sales Responsibilities, you will play a critical role in managing and coordinating the schedules of our wedding planners, clients, and vendors while also assisting with sales tasks to help grow our business. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless communication, efficient scheduling, and contribute to the overall sales efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Client Coordination: Schedule meetings and consultations between wedding planners and clients, ensuring all parties are well-informed and prepared.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with various vendors (caterers, florists, photographers, etc.) to confirm availability and schedule appointments or deliveries.
- Calendar Management: Maintain and update planners calendars, ensuring no conflicts and optimizing time management.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling inquiries, and promptly responding to emails, phone calls, and messages.
- Reminders and Confirmations: Send out reminders and confirmations to clients and vendors regarding upcoming appointments and deadlines.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of all scheduling activities, client interactions, and vendor communications.
- Sales Support: Assist in identifying potential clients, following up on leads, and scheduling sales calls or meetings for wedding planners.
- Client Outreach: Engage with potential clients through email, phone, and virtual meetings to present our services and convert leads into bookings.
- Sales Tracking: Maintain and update the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate records of client interactions and sales progress.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any scheduling conflicts or changes, ensuring minimal disruption to the planning process.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in scheduling, administrative support, customer service, or sales roles, preferably within the wedding or events industry.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software and virtual communication tools.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and pursue leads.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Comfortable with remote work technology, including email, instant messaging, video conferencing, CRM, and calendar management tools.
- Must be amenable to working during Eastern Standard Time.
Salary range: Php 22,000-30,000 (depending on experience)
Work schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM
