Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Satellite TV Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting satellite television systems for residential and commercial customers. Your expertise will help ensure that our clients receive the highest quality of service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Installation: Set up and configure satellite dishes, receivers, and related equipment for new customers, ensuring optimal signal quality and performance.
Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on existing systems to ensure reliability and efficiency.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to satellite TV systems, including signal loss, equipment malfunctions, and customer connectivity problems.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer support, explaining technical issues and solutions clearly to clients. Address any concerns and provide guidance on using their satellite systems.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, service calls, and equipment inventory, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to coordinate service appointments and improve overall service delivery.
Qualifications
At least HS Graduate (old curriculum) / SHS Graduate
With or without experience
Willing to work onsite
