Site Acquisition Supervisor
- Responsible for scouting, identifying and recommending potential sites for Generika Drugstore particularly in South Luzon Area.
- Evaluates and conducts a thorough market research of a potential site based on the following parameters such as Trade Area viability, Exact Site Condition, Over-all Population of the Trade Area, etc.
- Undertook the required due diligence, which included title/ownership search, site inspection, planning/zoning of the land
- Handles property negotiations and settlements, and make sure it meets the legal requirements before acquisition.
- Negotiated the terms of lease with the landlord
- Secured Letter of Intent for Space/Site, if applicable
