Start-up Team! Work setup: Hybrid 4x a week onsite
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, document, and translate detailed requirements for SAP enhancements and configurations.
- Analyze and model business workflows to uncover and address process inefficiencies.
- Develop technical specifications for SAP functional configurations, aligning closely with SAP best practices and module-specific needs (Supply Chain, SD, or FICO).
- Lead SAP configuration and customization tasks, ensuring alignment with business requirements and IT standards.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and lead feedback sessions for SAP configurations and deployments.
- Provide technical support during SAP implementations and promptly troubleshoot system issues post-deployment.
- Generate actionable reports and dashboards, delivering insights that support business decisions.
- Oversee project milestones, deliverable tracking, and regular status reporting.
- Design and deliver training programs for end users on specific SAP functionalities and system enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP functional analysis, configuration, or a similar role.
- Strong technical expertise in SAP modules, specifically in Supply Chain, SD, or FICO.
- Proficiency with business analysis tools and methodologies, such as UML, BPMN, and process mapping.
- Advanced knowledge in SAP configuration, user exits, and enhancement frameworks.
- Skilled in data analysis tools, including Microsoft Excel, SQL, SAP BW, and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving orientation.
- Able to manage multiple SAP projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Project management experience, especially in SAP implementations.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of advanced SAP tools and integrations, including SAP HANA, cloud technologies, and ABAP basics for troubleshooting.
