The SAP Security Analyst is responsible for the following:
- Handling the implementation and support of access provisioning and governance in SAP.
- Designing and developing roles within SAP applications.
- Providing essential documentation to support changes (Functional Specifications, Configuration documents, Test Scripts, among others).
- Reviewing developed roles to ensure alignment with established design principles.
- Assessing access requests to prevent audit exposure from provisioned access.
- Collaborating with partner vendors on project delivery, enhancement, and issue resolution.
- Addressing day-to-day queries from end-users.
- Performing administration tasks for governance, risk, and compliance tools.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or any IT-related course
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing and configuring SAP Security (roles and access provisioning) and/or any SAP module.
- Experience in creating documents such as blueprints, functional specifications, test scripts, user guides, and process flows.
- Proficient in managing and overseeing vendor deliverables for both projects and business-as-usual operations.
- Proficient in the following SAP functionalities:
- SAP roles and profiles
- User access review
- Audit review.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup).
