ERP & DMS
Join our dynamic ERP & DMS team, the operational backbone driving Inchcape's operations forward. Purpose of Role:
Consultant with over 3 years of experience to be part of Inchcape's global project implementation and continuous improvements teams. Minimum 2 projects end to end and knowledge on SAP Project methodologies.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Should be able to be part of implementation and support teams
- Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients needs.
- Design, customize, configure and testing of MM
- Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
- Should be able to fill the gap between client and organisation: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems.
- Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues; document functional designs, test cases and results.
- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
- Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
- Act as a bridge between the business functions and the technical team.
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
- Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members
- Facilitate training needs to collect business requirements, blue print preparation, configuration and developments to associates.
- Complete warehouse management system configuration, Knowledge of Enterprise structure
- Knowledge Storage unit management and handling unit management
- Custom Movement type creation
- Knowledge and configuration experience in different warehouse processes like, picking, Replenishment and Physical Inventory and Cycle Counts Processes.
- Responsible for defining and timely competition of required task with little or no assistance or oversight.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Industrial Engineer or related careers
- Preferably SAP MM certified
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a full cycle SAP implementations as well as in support projects.
- Minimum of 3 years of domain experience
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.
- Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective
- Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
