Location : Mandaluyong Area, Philippines (REMOTE)

Experience: 8+ years

Type : Contract (4 months, extendable)

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP project management.
• SAP Rollout experience
• Proven track record of successfully managing SAP implementation projects.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in SAP configuration and customization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

Certifications:

• SAP Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP rollout projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resources.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
• Ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and support to team members.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
• Leverage expertise in SAP Finance (FI) and Supply Chain (SCM) modules.
• Ensure alignment of SAP solutions with business processes and requirements.
• Provide functional and technical expertise in SAP configurations and customizations.
• Develop and implement change management strategies.
• Ensure smooth transition and adoption of SAP solutions by end-users.
• Conduct training and support for users.
