WHAT IS THE JOB LIKE
- Define and evaluate technical requirements, initiate procurement process, and monitor budgets and availment.
- Conduct system gap analysis and identify measures to address the gaps between existing and proposed system
- Assess business requirements and translate these IT needs into a system design specification
- Design implementation plan and identify required resources (financial and people) to ensure successful project implementation
- Plan/ assess acceptance testing and data conversion approach and manages the seamless integration of multiple inter-related solutions
- Handle orientation of high-level users/executives and execute IT training and cascade programs to ensure continuous knowledge transfer
- Facilitate meetings to clarify business processes, manage timelines for assigned function, and resolve minor project concerns
- Handle multiple and changing priorities as assigned and plan/lead small to medium projects and installations
- Identify functional hierarchy and define functions to be performed by the new system and their relationship with each other
- Evaluate feasibility and workability of system design
- Formulate user acceptance criteria and conduct actual system validation with key process owners
- Perform operational support for projects that has gone Live (hypercare) and ongoing operational support activities.
WHO ARE YOU
- Strong knowledge and experience in SAP configuration
- At least 7-8 years of related work experience in programming and/or technology practice
- Possess strong analytical, incident management and problem solving skills
- Knows integration points with other SAP modules
- At least 8 Full Cycle Implementation Work Experience
- Background in Agile or Waterfall implementation methodology
- With very good interpersonal and user management skills
- Certification specific to the programming and/or technology is a plus but not required (i.e. SAP ABAP, Mendix, etc.)
