Qualifications- Application/Systems Support Analyst is doing applications/systems troubleshooting basically on the functional side, replicating scenarios, documenting processes and manuals, doing some testing, act as BA for small enhancements, and handling support tickets (incident and service requests).
Application Support, need technical documentation, BA with testing background- Should be proactive, expert in issues handling, multitasker, can work under pressure, good communication skill.
At least 1-2+ years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Candidate must be a graduate in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
Very eager to learn new applications quickly- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Facilitates seamless integration between the Back Office applications and the business lines
Sees that production issues are responded to in a timely manner
- Evaluates problem resolutions and delivery of application changes to anticipate impact to business and users in order to keep the user community well informed.
Provides assistance to frontline tasks when the need arises.- Manages ticketed query system and ensuring a comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date.
Maintains and updates technical documents and procedures.
- Keeps track of business operations documentation to ensure clear identification of the business issue.
Manages coordination with the team.- Prepares weekly maintenance and upgrading specific requirements.
Provides support to IT analysis and development team.
