About the jobYou are an SAP MM expert who helps organizations to improve their supply chain process with focus on Source-to-Pay. When it comes to it, you oversee the most important parts of
a customer's supply chain. You link the interests of different domains together and develop a vision that supports the integral business process; silo thinking is foreign to you.
You create state-of-the-art SCM solutions by cleverly combining standard SAP and business best practices. You take matters into your own hands. For business experts, you are a
sparring partner because you speak their language. You design, configure, test, consult, train, supervise. In short, customers are nowhere - or at least a lot less far - without your
supply chain expertise
Responsible for completing project deliverables such as: Business Blueprint, Functional Specifications, System Configuration, Testing, User Training, Go-Live support, and other
necessary documentations.
Perform a variety of activities to understand business requirements and to be able to translate them into a solution using SAP. This includes but not limited to the following:
requirements gathering workshops, process mapping, Fit-Gap Analysis, etc.
Provide guidance on the use of best practices and global standards to achieve simplicity, efficiency, and effectiveness; and keeping up with the latest trends in the field of SCM
Work with Business counterparts and achieve a strong reputation as a subject matter expert in the field of SCM.
Conduct presentations to audiences of different levels in the client organization on a variety of subjects/topics.
Identify and lead business process improvement opportunities which includes Change Requests.
Manage the MM team and provide guidance/assistance to less experienced team members. Also, to review team members deliverables to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
Provide reports and updates to the Supply Chain Manager.
Ability to accurately scope tasks and estimate timelines for different activities related to MM.
In addition, this position will allow the individual to utilize his/her skills and experience by working with other consultants, build on his/her background,
and contribute to organization's successes.
You have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field, or equivalent work experience
Expert in SAP MM with 8+ years of experience in both implementation and support (ECC & S4 HANA)
Have at least 4 MM Full-cycle implementations as the functional lead
Experience on integrating Ariba with SAP MM is a plus
Can work independently with minimal supervision and is able to mentor Junior team members
Experience with SAP FIORI is strongly preferred
Equipped with strong communication skills (written & verbal) to handle meetings and correspondences with cross-functional audience.
Must have a strong knowledge on the end-to-end business process of source to pay.
Ability to demonstrate the dependencies and integration with other SAP modules (e.g. SD, PP, QM, PM, WM/EWM).
