The SAP Helpdesk will implement an automated business solution based on the user requirements and appropriate recommended technology. Reviews document and validate the business process. Reviews and analyzes proposals/recommendations to meet business requirements. Conduct coordination meeting between stakeholders.

Education
Bachelor of Science in Computer Studies major in Information Systems or related IT course from a reputable college/university.
Graduates from other course will be considered coupled with the experience in the process stream to be handled.
