Job Description

The SAP Helpdesk will implement an automated business solution based on the user requirements and appropriate recommended technology. Reviews document and validate the business process. Reviews and analyzes proposals/recommendations to meet business requirements. Conduct coordination meeting between stakeholders.

Area of focus are the following:

- FICO (Finance and Controlling)

- SD (Sales and Distribution)

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Analysis and Solutions Definition

  • Understands project plans and is able to clearly articulate roles, project goals, and timeliness
  • Reviews projects request in detail
  • Reviews document & validate business processes, flow of information and business requirements
  • Reviews and analyzes proposals/recommendations of the solutions provider to meet the business objectives/requirements
  • Prepares sets of questions to gather the requirements of the stakeholder
  • Interviews stakeholders and develop a clear, concise and thorough requirements documentation
  • Define the scope of testing within the context of each delivery
  • Ensure that roles are clearly defined for each member of the team

Education

Bachelor of Science in Computer Studies major in Information Systems or related IT course from a reputable college/university.

Graduates from other course will be considered coupled with the experience in the process stream to be handled.
