SAP HCM - Payroll Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM - Payroll Specialist with extensive experience in managing Philippines Payroll. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling P1 and P2 incidents efficiently and effectively. This role requires a deep understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and SAP HCM functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees in the Philippines, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.

Handle and resolve P1 (Priority 1) and P2 (Priority 2) incidents related to payroll in a timely manner.

Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of SAP HCM modules.

Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Provide support and training to HR staff on SAP HCM Payroll functionalities.

Stay updated with the latest payroll regulations and SAP HCM updates to ensure compliance and optimal system performance.

Generate and analyze payroll reports to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll, specifically with Philippines Payroll.

Proven experience in handling P1 and P2 incidents.

Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements in the Philippines.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

SAP HCM certification.

Experience with other SAP modules such as Time Management and Benefits.
