SAP FICO Consultant

Location: One Corporate Center, Julia Vargas, cor Meralco Ave, Ortigas Center, Pasig, 1605

Work Setup: Hybrid (once a week RTO)

Work Schedule: 10am-7pm PH Time

We are looking SAP FICO Consultants to be part of a growing team who can provide both support and project implementation services for our local and overseas customers on a hybrid setup (with WFH and onsite). RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for implementing part or all of the technical solution to the client, in accordance with an agreed technical design

Often leads small to medium technical projects Liaises with Solutions Architect as appropriate

Provides technical support and input on the application of technology to a defined business segment

Provides advice on solution and integration opportunities to defined segments

Provides technical leadership on specific integration activities that are part of an engagement

Provides planning and design support for the development of solution architectures that will be implemented in a multiple system environment

Communicates across client community, and is viewed as adding value Identify and address project risks and issues

Demonstrates execution of the company strategy

Contributes to knowledge tools and communities, and ensures project learnings are documented and shared

Role models Knowledge sharing and re-use within practice or profession

Proactively encourages membership and contributions of others to professional community.

Uses professions to meet the relevant certification and professional standards Works with sales on pre- sales activities

Build SAP FICO capabilities in the department, including growing self and others via training, certifications, cross-skilling and mentoring of other consultants

Oversee quality control

Ensure the timely delivery of software solutions

QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 5-10years of related work experience in SAP FICO

At least 2 Full Cycle Implementation Work Experience is preferred

FICO configuration and technical skills in both project implementation and support is a plus

Has certification specific is a plus but not required

Ability to demonstrate understanding of end-to-end business process of RECORD TO REPORT.

Ability to demonstrate the dependencies and integration with other SAP modules (e.g. MM, SD, PP, QM, PM,).

Willingness to learn A team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills.

Flexible in project arrangements (potential on site depending on customer)
