Responsibilities:
Assume primary responsibility for the successful implementation of assigned SAP
processes, solutions and products
Analyze customers business requirements, map to SAP technology, identify gaps
and dependencies among applicable modules
Demonstrate product functionality within the client's business context.
Develop functional design, specifications and modifications to close gaps
Configure the solution (including interface with among modules) and develop test
scenarios to ensure quality of designed system
Train users and other team members
Prepare documentation for user's references or as required by the project
methodology, ISO requirements and consultants billing purposes.
Establish sustained and satisfactory relationship with clients
Apply change management techniques to fully support client's transformation and
increase speed of implementation
Identify opportunities for additional consultancy work during the project life cycle.
Act as primary instructor for at least one SAP academy course and act as content
expert of at least one SAP course including content's major interfaces with other
courses/modules.
Prepare and share additional materials such as lecture notes, exercises and slides
to increase value of academy course
Design customized courses and materials to run boot camps and other special
training needs of clients
Review and respond to evaluation rating done or comments by the students
Provide evaluation and feedback to students regarding their training participation
and readiness to implement or support SAP.
Support clients on maintenance mode by resolving system incidents, complying
with issue management procedures and providing documentation of raised issues.
Provide pre-sales support to sales team and provide subject matter expertise to
marketing for collaterals development
Contribute significantly to development of new products and services based on SAP
technology and methodology
Achieve relevant skills certification to maintain qualifications at par with technology
updates
Participate in continually improving the business processes of the unit and in
complying with ISO requirements.
Conduct interviews for SAP applicants if assigned as Team Lead
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering
(Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology,
Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or
equivalent.
At least 3 years working experience as SAP FICO Consultant.
Should have 2-3 full cycle implementation, and 2-3 mini project implementation.
Knowledge in S4 HANA is an advantage.
SAP Certification is an advantage.
Can perform all activities necessary in executing a full implementation project
(planning, design, realization, migration, enablement, and hypercare).
Excellent customer service orientation.
Competency in FI & CO.
Must be amenable to work on hybrid setup.
Must be willing to work on dayshift
