What we expect from you:
- Communicate with clients and perform data gathering/blueprinting requirements
- Define and evaluate technical requirements
- Conduct system gap analysis and identify ways to address the gaps
- Conduct trainings if needed to our customers and people within the team that need help
- Handle multiple projects/clients/requirements and prioritize deliverables
- Provide F2F support and project implementation work when requested by the customer
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for implementing part or all of the technical solution to the client, in accordance with an agreed technical design
- Often leads small to medium technical projects Liaises with Solutions Architect as appropriate
- Provides technical support and input on the application of technology to a defined business segment
- Provides advice on solution and integration opportunities to defined segments
- Provides technical leadership on specific integration activities that are part of an engagement
- Provides planning and design support for the development of solution architectures that will be implemented in a multiple system environment
- Communicates across client community, and is viewed as adding value Identify and address project risks and issues
- Demonstrates execution of the company strategy
- Contributes to knowledge tools and communities, and ensures project learnings are documented and shared
- Role models Knowledge sharing and re-use within practice or profession
- Proactively encourages membership and contributions of others to professional community.
- Uses professions to meet the relevant certification and professional standards
- Works with sales on pre- sales activities
- Build SAP FICO capabilities in the department, including growing self and others via training, certifications, cross-skilling and mentoring of other consultants
- Oversee quality control
- Ensure the timely delivery of software solutions
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 5-10years of related work experience in SAP FICO
- At least 2 Full Cycle Implementation Work Experience is preferred
- FICO configuration and technical skills in both project implementation and support is a plus
- Has certification specific is a plus but not required
- Ability to demonstrate understanding of end-to-end business process of RECORD TO REPORT.
- Ability to demonstrate the dependencies and integration with other SAP modules (e.g. MM, SD, PP, QM, PM,).
