As an SAP developer engineer, this is what you'll do:
- Complex ABAP programming, testing, and debugging functions related to the implementation of SAP modules.
- Help design the architecture and own development of major initiatives and modules.
- Help level up the team; share knowledge, conduct code and design review; drive code quality and process improvement initiatives.
- Work in cross-functional teams with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to ship software on-quality and on time.
- Ensure that SAP systems are used in a way that meets corporate objectives and business goals.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Bachelors or Masters degree.
- Proven years of experience in building OData services/RESTful APIs within SAP.
- Strong ABAP core skills.
- With HANA, HANAX, UI5 experience.
- With CDS/AMDP code push-down experience.
- Experience in gateway integration or consuming RESTful APIs from SAP.
- Experience or Ability to do solutions work: organizing requirements, designing, building, and deploying scalable APIs.
- Excellent communication skills: you understand user needs and can translate them into actionable pieces of work.
- The ability to mentor and lead junior engineers and experience helping them develop their skills and leadership abilities.
- Willing to accept the project-based type of employment.
- Willing to work Hybrid in Makati City.
Good-to-have
- With SAP BTP or SCP (SAP Cloud Platform) experience.
