The primary responsibility of SAP Authorization Support is to process SAP authorization requests for SAP S4 Hana & other SAP associated applications. He will also be a key member in the GRC project implementation.
The SAP Authorization Support Team Member will be supporting the Senior Team member in the following:
- Role & Authorization management
- Processing user accounts, permissions and access rights requests
- Handling of all operational day-to-day support activities for security/authorizations including ticket resolution and issue escalation
- Technical solution design/improvements, build, test and implementation of new business authorization requirements
- Performing control reviews and risk assessments including periodic user access review with business and sensitive access review
- Managing security related J-SOX compliance activities
- Managing internal and external audit request
- Collaborating with application and basis teams to ensure technical security of SAP and other SAP associated applications
- Actively seeking continuous improvement opportunities and leading improvement initiatives
- Developing authorization concepts in the context of implementation projects
- Responsible in maintaining ITGC documentation and change control
Education
- Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, and related degree.
Work Experience
- SAP Security for S4HANA 3+ years
- With experience in composite role project
- Experienced in role design (Master-derive role concept) in SAP S4HANA, Fiori and BW, across all SAP modules (MM, FICO,SD, Agri and etc.)
- With end-to-end implementation experience in SAP
Special Skills
- Can read and analyze risk analysis report (action and permission level), for SOD/STA
- Ability to lead meetings and manage projects
- Problem solving skills for authorization issues/ Can read and do authorization trace
- SU25 knowledge
