Job Positions < Business Development Manager >

Project Development (EPC, PPP)

Discovering and securing project related information

(Project Sourcing, Collect key project information, etc)

Analysis of Project Documents/Contract Documents/Bidding Books

(Form of Tender, Terms and Conditions, Specification)

Lead or support project bidding (legal, Technical, Financing, etc.)

Customer relationship and partner Management

(Government, Financial Institute, Developers, Contractors etc)

Project Structuring(Teaming, Financing plan etc)

Qualification and Experience

PPP Project or Project Investment Experience is necessary

Minimum 10 years(Manager level) of experience of Project Financing and(or) Project (real estate) Development Company, Investment Bank etc.

Construction, Financing and understanding of Contract

Understanding of Permit process of the PPP Projects and EPC projects

Review of Feasibility Study(F/S)Reports and analyze

Preferred Skills

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Review of Feasibility Study(F/S)Reports and analyze

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Proactive and self-motivated attitude and Managing the team
