- Constructs prototypes and models for testing and promotional purposes.
- Prepares, fabricates, and assembles materials and parts.
- Recommends potential material and design changes.
- Evaluates and troubleshoots samples.
- Cut, sew, assemble, finish and press different types of clothing by hand tools and machines according to customers requirements, production samples, manufacturing specifications and patterns.
- They are also responsible for interpreting work sketches and suggesting making-up methods for production.
