The Sample/Close Specialist plays an integral role within our Lead Generation team at Alliance Consumer Group (ACG), focusing on initiating contact with qualified leads to offer free product samples and effectively closing sales.- This specialist bridges the initial interest of potential clients to concrete sales achievements, ensuring a streamlined progression of leads through ACG's sales funnel.
Responsibilities:
Outbound Communication: Conduct outbound calls to qualified leads using a predefined script, offering free samples of ACG's products as a strategy to enhance engagement and interest in ACG's offerings. - Sales Opportunity Pursuit: Actively seek sales opportunities with prospects who have received samples, employing effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building strategies to convert interest into tangible sales.
Initial Order Securing: Finalize the conversion of prospects into active accounts by securing initial orders, marking the culmination of the lead generation process for each successfully closed sale.
- Collaboration with Sales Representatives: Work in close coordination with ACG Sales Reps to ensure a seamless handoff of active accounts for continued management and potential growth.
Record Maintenance: Keep accurate and current records of all interactions, transactions, and received feedback within CRM systems, providing a data-driven foundation for informed future sales strategies.Job Type: Full-time
