As a Lady Housekeeper/ Sample Assistant you will:
- Maintain and organize sample items & make sure there are no inadequacies
Prepare, package, and dispatch samples to clients, ensuring proper documentation- Track and follow up on borrowed sample items, ensuring timely return
Document all transactions related to sample lending and returns
- Provide excellent customer service to clients visiting the showroom
Ensure all showrooms are cared for and inspected according to standards- Perform cleaning duties with periodic handling of fragile items
Collaborate with the different departments relating to samples
- Provide clerical assistance to the sample and sales department
Notify superiors on any damages & deficits
Candidates for our Lady Housekeeper/Sample Assistant should have the following qualifications:- High School Graduate/Vocational Course
Can operate a computer & with basic knowledge in MS Office
- Organized & attentive to detail
Good filing, time management & interpersonal skill- Can work quickly without compromising quality
Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance

Pay: From Php16,
