SALON MANAGER is generally responsible for overseeing, coordinating and handling daily salon operations
along with managing a more complex, systematized Japanese standards that requires strict implementation.
He/she is passionate about quality control and sustained customer satisfaction through execution of the
following Key Resposnbilities:
Lead, monitor and motivate staffs to achieve performance goals
Enforce strict adherence to salon Japanese standards and procedures
Ensure manpower sufficiency and appropriate skills mix of salon branches at all times
Execute disciplinary measures and positive culture building initiatives
Manage customer inquiries, feedback and concerns in a professional manner
Meet sales target through implementation of sales tactics and marketing initiatives
Champion training process excellence by monitoring progressive levels of training
Effectively manage and monitor salon inventory, tools and equipments
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
Qualifications:
High level knowledge on Philippine Labor laws and perform overall HR related functions
Proven experience as a salon manager or similar role in the beauty industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to handle financial management and budgeting
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Proficiency in using microsoft office applications and salon management software
Familiar and user of social media platforms (FB, Instagram etc)
Agility and willingness to conduct branch visits. Must be able to work during holidays
