Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson at Perceptionyst Solutions in the South Goa district. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating leads, pitching products and services, negotiating contracts, and maintaining customer relationships. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to develop strategies for business growth.

Qualifications

• Sales experience, customer relationship management, and negotiation skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport
• Knowledge of digital solutions, technology products, and industry trends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Compensation

3 month probation period with minimal fixed pay + commissions

Post probation - upto Rs 6L p.a. subject to performance
