The Role
You Will Be Responsible For
- Acquiring and managing relationships with corporate and institutional clients in your area of focus to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Developing strong internal relationships to optimise service delivery and ensure all practices are in line with internal guidelines and statutory requirements.
- Managing assortment mix in line with category strategy, revenues and gross margin target as well as inventory levels.
- Forecasting, price setting and negotiating quantities with buyers, suppliers and distributors.
- Ensuring product selection is aligned with market trends.
- Analysing product performance & sell-through tracking on a monthly/seasonal basis.
Ideal Profile
- You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Merchandising or Sales Operations / Sales Support within Consumer industry.
- Experience within would be a strong advantage.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
