Salesforce Solutions Architect

Responsibilities:

-Lead the technical design of Salesforce solutions, collaborating with business analysts and functional consultants to understand client requirements.

-Design and document Salesforce configurations, workflows, processes, and data models.

-Develop and implement complex solutions using native Salesforce functionality, integrations, and customizations (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components).

-Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of Salesforce solutions.

-Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise applications and systems using APIs and middleware tools.

-Manage and mentor technical team members, providing guidance and ensuring they possess the necessary skills to deliver successful projects.

-Conduct proof-of-concept (POC) development to demonstrate the feasibility of proposed solutions.

-Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the Salesforce platform and ecosystem.

-Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from design to deployment and ongoing support.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

-A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.

-Proven experience in leading and mentoring technical teams.

-Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce core functionalities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud (familiarity with additional Clouds a plus).

-Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture best practices and design principles.

-Experience in developing custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and/or Lightning Web Components.

-Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs and middleware tools.

-Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and security best practices.

-Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

-Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

-Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.

-A minimum of one of the following Salesforce certifications (or equivalent):

-Salesforce Certified System Architect (SCA)

-Salesforce Certified Solution Architect -Professional (CSAP)

Other relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Developer, Marketing Cloud Administrator)
