Position: Assistant to the VP (client); similar to a real time analyst (RTA)
- MAIN TASKS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Collaborate with leadership and other departments on troubleshooting, reporting and dashboards to provide meaningful performance data insights
- Support and collaborate with leadership and other departments on updates to TATs.
Amend pricing updates, agency service updates.- Password/reset process for the fulfillment team.
Track/report SOP for compliance.
- Salesforce.com reporting expertise, as well as act as the SME for basic SFDC issues to troubleshoot and resolve.
Content development and maintenance for employee and customer facing product/service and process documentation.- Assist with monitoring/management of chat, telephony and workforce management tools.
Keep updated on all product and systems admin knowledge of tools.
- Interact often with employees, upper management and peers/leadership within other departments
Some impact to customer and employee experience. Also impacts internal business partner support, relationships and collaboration.- Relevant experience in a call center customer service/data reporting role preferred
