ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking to expand our project management team and hire a Salesforce Project Manager to lead and ensure that our clients maximize their Salesforce solution investment.

- lead and support your Salesforce development team by providing clear direction, resolving blockers, reviewing work and fostering a collaborative environment that keeps the team motivated and productive
- be the primary point of contact for the client, managing their queries, gathering requirements, and translating their business needs into actionable tasks for your team, ensuring clear and consistent communication
- oversee multiple feature requests and projects, handling task assignments, tracking progress, conducting code reviews, and ensuring that deadlines are met with high-quality results that align with client expectations
- work closely with various departments, acting as a business analyst to gather and define requirements, ensuring that the solutions developed by your team meet the organization's broader goals
- manage the project backlog and sprints, facilitating agile ceremonies to keep the development cycle on track and aligned with business priorities
- occasionally dive into hands-on Salesforce work, performing configuration, admin tasks, creating reports, or troubleshooting to ensure the system operates smoothly and efficiently
- create and update project documentation, prepare reports for client stakeholders, and keep the Engagement Manager informed of any critical updates throughout the day
- conduct the daily team stand-up and regular 1:1s with team members, providing feedback, supporting their professional development, and ensuring the team remains cohesive and driven
- continuously seek opportunities to optimize processes, enhance team efficiency, and improve the overall client experience and value, ensuring successful project outcomes
REQUIREMENTS:
On day one, we'll expect you to...
- have 5 years or greater of Salesforce experience
- have Team Leadership / Management / Project Management experience
- have a degree in BS Information Technology from an accredited university
- have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- be able to work collaboratively with stakeholders throughout the organization
- be able to work independently, and pro-actively, in a fully remote capacity
- have a fully functional and up-to-date computer with which to perform duties
- be willing to install next generation end point protection on the computer
- be located in the Philippines
- be willing to work within US Pacific business hours (8:00am-5:00pm PDT corresponds to 11pm-8am PH, if DST)
