Role: Email Marketing Specialist
Reports to: Salesforce Administrator / Head of Operations
Context: Direct IT is a leading APAC based demand generation business in the middle of a period of hyper-growth. To deliver this growth, the business is leveraging a world-class sales team and a best-in-class delivery platform with advanced data gathering and resource allocation capabilities.
To ensure we continue to deliver outstanding client work as we grow and explore new market opportunities, Direct IT is looking to fill a new role of Email Marketing Specialist with the objectives of:
- Consolidating email design, creation and sending within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, minimising our use of third party platforms;
- Improving the overall aesthetic of eDMs being used in client marketing programs; and
- Improving the level of email engagement reporting we're able to offer clients in relation to eDM programs.
Email marketing specialist duties: - Email
o Receive briefs from customer success teams on client eDM requirements
o Clarify questions in relation to brief, and then set about building eDMs to client specifications
o On delivery of draft eDM sets back to customer success managers, liaise with customer success managers to make required changes to drafts to draft eDMs in order to have them approved by clients for use in live programs
o Work with Salesforce administrator to build and launch
o Work with management to design template client reports for marketing automation programs
o Receive briefs from customer success teams on client content hub requirements
o Clarify questions in relation to brief, and then set about building content hub page using easy to use software
Required experience:
- Must have worked with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
