Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

The Opportunity

• Design, develop, and implement solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Customize and configure Marketing Cloud modules including Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Marketing Cloud with other Salesforce products and third-party applications.
• Develop complex SQL queries, AMPscript, and SSJS for personalized email and SMS campaigns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the Marketing Cloud environment.
• Provide guidance and best practices to clients and internal teams on Marketing Cloud solutions.

Desired Experience

• 5 years experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, with expertise in designing and developing solutions.
• Experience in Financial Services industry is desirable.
• Hands-on experience with AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL within Marketing Cloud.
• Knowledge of Marketing Cloud APIs, data extensions, and data architecture.
• Experience with integrations between Marketing Cloud and other Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are highly desirable.
