What Are Our Wishes
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Salesforce Field Service Lightning Consultant certification is highly preferred.
- Proven experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning implementation and configuration.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
- Experience with integration tools and techniques, such as REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL processes.

How can you contribute to the team
As a Salesforce Field Service Lightning Technician, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) to enhance our service delivery processes. You will work closely with our clients, project managers, and technical teams to ensure the successful deployment and utilization of FSL, enabling efficient field service operations.
- Implement and configure Salesforce Field Service Lightning to meet client requirements.
- Customize FSL features, including scheduling, dispatching, mobile workforce management, and service appointment management.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and translate them into FSL solutions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for FSL-related issues.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders on FSL functionalities and best practices.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices related to FSL.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate FSL with other Salesforce products and third-party applications.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the FSL environment.
- Participate in project planning, scoping, and estimation activities.
