• Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Developer with substantial experience in Salesforce and the nCino platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Salesforce.com configuration, customization, and integration, with the ability to create enterprise-scale application designs using industry best practices.

• Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions, focusing on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to quality standards and continuous improvement practices.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

• Utilize advanced Salesforce features such as LWC, Lightning Experience, Apex Triggers, and Flows to build and optimize applications.

Manage integrations with external systems using Rest & Soap APIs.

• Employ data tools like Data Loader and SF Inspector for data management and migration tasks.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Extensive experience with Salesforce and the nCino platform.

Salesforce Platform App Builder, Admin, Developer, and Consultant certifications.

• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce configurations, customization, and integration.

Expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Desired Skills:

Experience in leading software development teams and mentoring junior developers.

• Proficiency in Agile/SCRUM development methodologies.

Passionate about software development with strong collaboration, prioritization, and adaptability skills.

• Functional knowledge of nCino Commercial Banking.

Familiarity with Wrapper Classes, Batch & Queueable Apex, Controllers, Visualforce Pages, Apex Triggers, Flows, Approval Processes, Platform Events.

• Experience with Data Tools such as Data Loader, Import Wizard, and SF Inspector.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80,

• 00 - Php150,000.00 per month
