Job description:
Provide Day-to-day Salesforce support
Take charge of any technical problems relating to Salesforce individual troubleshooting, contacting relevant support persons/teams, etc.
Communicate withbusinessprogress on incidents
Salesforce administration duties
Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components etc. to extend Salesforce in order to supportbusinessrequirements
Code merging using github and experience with CI/CD
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or any related course.
At least 3-5 years relevant experience.
Solid experience in the following (SalesForce Developer, Salesforce Administration, Github, CI/CD)
Amenable to work in a hybrid and shifting schedule.
Desirable Qualifications
Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I
Additional Salesforce certifications e.g. Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Javascript Developer
