ROLE SUMMARYOur client is looking for a Salesforce Consultant who will implement and optimize Salesforce products in an effective and scalable way that is in line with their client's requirements.
- SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM Central Daylight Time (10:00 PM 7:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays
Deliver technical training for clients and employees- Monitor, evaluate, and take an accurate and adequate record of training activities and effectiveness
A bachelor's degree in the related field- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem or 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant
Hands-on experience in Salesforce implementation, customization, and administration
- Experience across multiple Salesforce clouds Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Revenue Cloud, etc.
At least 2 certifications from the below:- Salesforce Certified Administrator
Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
Proficient in Salesforce platform features, capabilities, and limitations- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
Ability to function in an autonomous environmentindependent worker, self-directed
