Essential Duties / Responsibilities: This position will report to the company's CFO. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:
- Implement / administer / maintain changes to Salesforce.com.
Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for all operational aspects of Salesforce projects.- Ensure data integrity, starting with a clean-up of existing accounts and opportunities.
Maintain the Salesforce security model including roles, profiles, sharing rules, and permission sets.
- Regularly perform a Salesforce Health Check and implement field-level security with a least privilege access mindset.
Ensure that Salesforce implementation adheres to corporate security standards, complete regular internal system audits, and prepare for system upgrades.- Evaluate new Salesforce.com releases and apps, participate in plans for their implementation, and remain current with Salesforce administration best practices.
Participate in the design of project plans for Salesforce.com solutions to meet business needs.
- Work with company leaders to define parameters / key metrics to drive sales behavior through data, dashboards, and activity reporting.
Analyze and optimize sales and marketing workflows, suggesting ideas for platform design and setup.- Train the user base on their roles / responsibilities in Salesforce.com and related tools and enhancements, ensuring each user adheres to those requirements.
Act as the subject matter expert on Salesforce.com and other sales tools and maintain a proper level of expertise in such tools through on-going training / classes / etc.
- Operate and present data through power BI.
- Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, computer science or other related field preferred
3+ years of experience administering Salesforce.com.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator
2+ years Power BI experience- Proven ability to design and implement new processes.
