Key Responsibilities
Perform basic Salesforce administration tasks, including user account management, role assignments, and permission settings
Assist in maintaining data quality and performing data migrations
Respond to service tickets and provide first-level support to end-users
Help create and maintain reports and dashboards
Contribute to the setup and maintenance of email templates and automation processes
Assist in documenting Salesforce processes and configurations
Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features and updates
Support the implementation of new Salesforce applications and integrations
Collaborate with the team on various Salesforce projects and initiatives
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
0-2 years of experience with Salesforce platform
Salesforce Administrator Certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hiring)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Keen attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Technical Skills:
Basic understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization
Familiarity with Salesforce data model and architecture
Basic knowledge of Salesforce security and sharing model
Understanding of Salesforce reports and dashboards
Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Basic understanding of Apex and Visualforce
Familiarity with data management tools and techniques
Knowledge of application integration techniques and general business applications
Experience in a customer-facing role
