We are looking for an innovative and self-motivated individual to help manage and develop our Salesforce Instance for a global business. The
Salesforce Administrator is part technical triage manager, part power-administrator and an individual who will help drive alignment across our Salesforce user base. The successful candidate will continually work to solve critical business problems and act as a CRM knowledge and technical expert to support our users across the business.
This is a permanent full-time role based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig following a hybrid work model setup (at least 2 in office days per week).

What You Will Do
- Administrator for Salesforce (Sales and Service Cloud in Lightning) providing daily support and administration including triage of user inquiries and process errors, bulk data updates, and user permission assignments
- Support enhancements and roll out of new features; execute troubleshooting and debugging activities. Comfortable creating and updating flows, validation rules, completing complex reporting tasks
- Collaborate with our Salesforce team to help shape the vision for the internal use of Salesforce considering impact, dependencies, and opportunities to collaborate with other teams and groups. Identify opportunities to develop new and better solutions.
- Review and understand general organizational drivers and context for development projects, and how Salesforce features map to business processes
- Support feature requests/backlog and work with broader Operations group to prioritize and execute enhancements
- Analyzing root cause of incidents reported by end users and designing solutions that operate efficiently, minimize or eliminate support effort to allow for more valuable enhancements
- Maintain high standards for data security and audit compliance
- Drive user adoption across organization to ensure users are maximizing their use of the platform to ultimately drive business growth
- Identify solutions to business challenges with preference to improving out of the box functionality and configuration over custom development where possible
- Interact with Development teams and have experience working in sandbox environments and utilizing change sets
What We Expect
We are looking for proof of your passion for all things Salesforce!
- At least 3+ years as a Salesforce Administrator and a Certified Salesforce Administrator
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or other relevant fields
- You will have uncompromising integrity and a passion for excellence. We need phenomenal project management skills, a sense of urgency, and deep technical knowledge of a variety of Salesforce features (Sales and Service Cloud, Einstein, Flows, Validation Rules, etc.)
- Your demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, manage and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upward with a positive attitude will allow you to creatively solve business challenges by leveraging the Salesforce Platform
- You will have the intellectual curiosity to seek out root causes, and the ability to pick up on cues to read between the lines in order to understand the needs of your stakeholder, even when they are not overtly expressed
- Top-notch communication skills. You'll have them in spades so that you can provide instruction to audiences with varying degree of Salesforce understanding
- Amenable to work in mid shift (3pm-12mn) or in night shift (8pm-5am)
What Would Be Helpful
- Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder Certification
- Experience with Pardot and Zuora
- Experience with CRM Analytics
