We are looking for a dedicated Salesforce Administrator who can work with a fast-moving and global team to deploy innovative solutions for analytically-driven, omnichannel customer engagement on top of Salesforce across our entire customer base. A Salesforce Administrator must be a creative and critical thinker, a collaborative and motivated team player, and have a passion for innovating and developing technology. He/she will iterate quickly and deliver in a fast-paced and agile environment with an attention to detail.
Key Accountabilities:
Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integration;
Resolving production support tickets, and treating logged issues;
Create and manage all aspects of users security; profiles, roles, permissions, and sharing rules;
Perform tasks as needed to monitor corporate adherence to standard processes and compliance with corporate policies;
Configure Salesforce maintenance request;
Prepare and execute data migrations;
Document knowledge base articles and system process flows.
Competencies:
Ability to work on multiple simultaneous projects and work collaboratively with a small project team;
Support and train end-users;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Stakeholders and IT;
Remain current with Salesforce releases and evaluate and recommend new feature and functionality where feasible;
Willingness to participate in Trailhead courses, obtain Salesforce certification(s), and eager to learn new technologies and take on additional responsibilities;
An ambitious, highly motivated team player committed to delivering outstanding customer support aligned with Business Systems initiatives.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience delivering Salesforce application technical services (custom objects & fields, flow, process builder and validation rules, page layouts, reports & dashboards, etc.);
Experience with administering org, actively using Salesforce Einstein, and Experiencing cloud capabilities;
Experience with data tools like Data Loader and Talend ETL preferred;
Experience with Jira and Confluence preferred;
Experience with data management with focus on attention to detail;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across the organization with users at various levels of application proficiency;
Experience in Agile delivery preferred;
Salesforce Admin or Advanced Admin certification.
