Job Description:

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining Salesforce, ensuring smooth integration with third-party systems like DealHub CPQ, and enhancing sales processes. You will work on customizing Salesforce, automating workflows, and ensuring data integrity, while collaborating across teams to support business goals and optimize CRM functionalities.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: Night Shift (Shifting)
Work Setup: Temporary WFH, Ortigas
Salary: PHP 120,000 to PHP 140,000

Your Daily Tasks:

Salesforce Administration:

  • Manage day-to-day administration of the Salesforce platform, including user setup, permissions, and data maintenance.
  • Customize Salesforce to meet business requirements by creating custom objects, workflows, reports, dashboards, and automations.
  • Maintain data integrity and troubleshoot issues within the Salesforce platform.

Integrations:

  • Lead the integration of third-party systems, such as DealHub CPQ, into Salesforce, ensuring seamless data synchronization and workflow automation.
  • Collaborate with IT and business systems teams to design and implement robust API integrations that improve operational efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any integration-related issues to ensure smooth data flow between systems.

DealHub CPQ Administration:

  • Configure and maintain DealHub CPQ to streamline the Configure-Price-Quote process.
  • Support sales teams by implementing DealHub CPQ features, including guided selling, automatic approvals, discounting rules, and complex quote generation.
  • Ensure seamless integration of DealHub CPQ with Salesforce, keeping sales and product data synchronized.
  • Manage product configuration, pricing rules, and subscription management processes within DealHub CPQ.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure Salesforce and DealHub CPQ support their processes efficiently.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders to maximize the utility of the Salesforce and DealHub CPQ platforms.
  • Work closely with external vendors and support teams to implement updates, enhancements, and troubleshoot issues.

Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales-driven environment.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator (Salesforce Admin certification preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce customization and integration capabilities.
  • Experience with CPQ solutions, particularly DealHub CPQ, and a deep understanding of its integration with Salesforce.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions.
  • In-depth understanding of business processes and how Salesforce and DealHub CPQ can support and enhance them.
  • Familiarity with API-based integrations and data synchronization between systems.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on commitments independently.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to drive projects forward with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to follow guidelines and instructions while maintaining flexibility in adapting to business needs and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of advanced DealHub CPQ features, such as subscription management, guided selling, and automated quote generation.
  • Experience with other CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Experience working in a technical sales organization with a channel sales structure.
  • Experience working in a sales-driven organization, with a solid understanding of the complexities of the quoting process and contract management.
