As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be part of a team where you'll contribute to building the next generation of our applications. The role will provide the opportunity to customise and enhance Salesforce using company accepted tools and practices. You will also be working with Development Team Leaders, Managers and other stakeholders to ensure software projects meet timelines and requirements.
Key Responsibilities
. Perform all system administration functions - including configuring security settings, user profiles, workflow rules, custom objects, custom fields.
. Develop business reports and dashboards. Assist users in the development and maintenance of their reporting needs.
. Manage the communication templates and associated workflow within Salesforce.
. Work with the Team Leader or the Manager to agree priorities and key deliverables.
. Provide analysis and support for users data requests and inquiries and explain data concepts in easy-to-understand terminology.
. Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs with third party vendors.
. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure integrations and solutions meet business requirements.
. Communicate and liaise regularly with business stakeholders, including regional and state local offices, to provide information and training on new Salesforce features and functionality.
. Provide accurate estimates on development tasks and proactively communicate potential delays.
. Manage the development processes to ensure compliance with industry best practice and the ISO27001 framework.
. Lead the maintenance of system documentation, policies, and procedures.
. Follow quality assurance procedures.
. Manage Salesforce data and data migration processes.
. Support other ICT activities, including the triage of the support ticketing register - as required.
Qualifications:
. University degree qualification in IT, computer science, or Software Development.
. Minimum 2 years commercial experience in a Salesforce Administrator or similar role.
. Demonstrated experience and understanding of the Salesforce security model
. Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator Certification
. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to hold people accountable
. Self-motivated, flexible, team player with strong multi-tasking, time management &
organisation expertise with the ability to manage multiple and often changing priorities
. Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving and technical innovation.
. Good communication and problem resolution skills.
. Ability to work in a large team environment with members of diverse cultures and
backgrounds.
. Behaves in a respectful and professional manner, maintaining high integrity and transparency when delivering work.
