Job Description

Sales Virtual Assistant

Outbound Lead Generation:

Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with potential clients in the building materials industry.
Develop and manage targeted prospect lists
Engage with prospects through personalized connection requests and messages.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM):
Develop and execute ABM strategies tailored to key accounts.
Create customized content and messages for specific accounts to increase engagement.
Monitor account activities and engagement levels, adjusting strategies as needed.

Marketing Support:

Assist in creating sales marketing collateral and specific sales content for various campaigns.
Maintain and update the CRM and workflows with relevant lead information and interaction history.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts

Reporting and Analytics:

Track, report, and organize key metrics and KPIs related to sales activities and campaign performance.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve outreach and engagement strategies.

Email Outreach:

Help design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads.
Personalize and send follow-up emails to maintain engagement with prospects.
Track and analyze email campaign and response performance, making adjustments for better results.
Skip tracing and data scraping
Managing spreadsheets

Future task:

Help build and set up CRM (Pipedrive)
Data entry, updating notes and statuses

Experience and Proficiency:

Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
Sales and Marketing Proficiency: IMPORTANT
  • Experience in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), preferably within marketing agencies
Understands how marketing agencies work. Somebody with more like a corporate background
Strong understanding of outbound lead generation techniques and tools.
Technical Skills:
IMPORTANT
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Mailshake, Active Campaign).
  • Experience with CRM software preferably with Pipedrive.
Google Drive and Sheets Master, will need to collaborate with the marketing team for different value propositions, which we will deliver to the client through some of the sales processes as they are long.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45,
  • 00 - Php60,000.00 per month
