Department: Strategic Sales Admin
The Strategic Sales Capability and Training Supervisor
will be responsible in in identifying training needs, developing and designing training modules, conducting training sessions, and ensuring the sales team's competencies align with organizational goals and quality standards.
Bachelors degree in Education, Psychology, or any Behavioral Science- Proven three (3) years of experience in training development, execution, designing, conducting, and evaluating training programs
With knowledge in ISO, Food Safety, HACCP, and HALAL standards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively across all organizational levels
