JOB SUMMARYThe Sales Training Officer will identify and monitor training needs of the Territory Sales & Project Sales Departments. The Training Sales Officer will design, plan, and implement training programs, policies, and procedures to fulfill those needs.
Creation of Annual Sales Training Plan and Training Effectiveness Assessment for incumbent Sales Personnel.
- Makes enhancements to Training Plan to improve engagement, & sales force effectiveness, to ensure Sales Teams achievement of corporate goals.
Conducts or facilitates planned training sessions.
- Performs planned training effectiveness analysis to ensure continuous improvement and effectivity of training plan.Identifies problems and opportunities such as operational changes or industry developments that training could improve.
Ensures the relevance & effectivity of Sales & Marketing Training modules related to the boarding of new SMD team members.- Prepares and implements training within approved budget.
Collaborates with vendors and third-party training providers to arrange employee registration for and participation in outside training programs.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS GUIDE
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong graphic design ability. Thorough understanding of training processes. Ability to moderate large groups of SMD personnel. Extremely organized and detail-oriented. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite & related software.
