SALES TRAINING COORDINATORThe Sales Training Coordinator will play a crucial role in equipping our sales team with the skills and knowledge they need to excel. Program Development and Delivery - Create instructional design methodologies to create engaging and effective training content (ex. manual,guides , presentations, e learning and the likes)
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees, ensuring they are well-versed in product offerings, sales strategies, and soft skills.
Assess and analyze the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, performance metrics, and assessments.- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements.
Create innovative training programs and must be updated on industry trends and best practices to incorporate into training initiatives
- Analyze sales performance data to identify areas where additional training is needed.
Develop targeted training programs and address specific performance gaps.- Manage and update training resources, ensuring they are current and relevant.
Provide regular reports on training outcomes and effectiveness to senior management.
- Foster a positive learning environment and encourage continuous professional development.
Work closely with stakeholders and leadership to understand training needs and develop appropriate programs.
Degree in business, education, or a related field.- Proven experience in sales training or a similar role.
Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Ability to design and implement effective training programs.- Proficiency in using e-learning software and other training tools.
Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and sales performance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and training schedules.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
