Angkas mission is to eradicate poverty in the Philippines by providing opportunities for its bikers to create a source of livelihood that impacts their family and their communities.
As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for creating effective modules for training the trainers in the sales aspect of the business to create a lasting impact on the onboarded bikers and help them be productive and dedicated to their job.
What you'll be doing:
- Conducts training to current safety trainers on how to incorporate sales aspect in onboarding of bikers
- Create a sales module or enhance existing module to the goal of engaging more riders to be productive
- Do sales/productivity training to bikers
- Will be responsible for the productivity metrics of new bikers
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any relevant course
- At least 3 years of being sales trainer or other related jobs
- Ability to use G-suites (slides, sheets, etc)
- Strong communication skills, storyteller, presentation
