- Responsibilities and Duties
Assisting customers and presenting product.
Determining the best products to meet the requirements of a customer.
Providing technical support on products and/or service.
Have in-depth technical knowledge about the products.
Sending technical specification to potential buyers along with the sales quotes.
Installing hardware and software systems
Maintaining or repairing equipment
Troubleshooting
Setting up computer security measures
Configuring computer networks
Offering technical support on-site or via phone or email.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Department Head and/or the top management.
