Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in management, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to train and develop sales agents. This is an in-office position based in Quezon City.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Analyze sales data, generate reports, and provide insights to improve performance.
- Train and mentor sales agents, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in a management role, preferably in the car dealership industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and reports.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to train and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Must be based in Quezon City or nearby areas, or willing to travel to Quezon City daily.
